Cancellation Policy
There are multiple sections of a class and all links are provided to ease in flexibility for the families and students. There is an online component that will be provided for the student to utilize asynchronously.
In case of cancellation by the teacher of an entire course, regardless of the time frame, 100% percent of the fee will be refunded.
If a section of a class needs to be cancelled by the instructor due to illness, injury, emergency or natural disaster, electrical or internet outage, they will provide two alternate and comparable dates to make up the course and an asynchronous option will be made available. As much notice as possible will be given if one of the above circumstances occurs. If no suitable make up date for the live class, Half of the fee will be refunded as there will still be access to online only version.
Safety
The teacher has provided practical tips to keep you and your child safe while taking online classes. These tips are not exhaustive and the parent and student take responsibility for their own online safety. The teacher will do all they can to maintain a safe online learning environment and will notify the parents of the students if there is an action that seriously compromises that safety or the learning environment. The teacher is not liable for any issues involving safety of students in the online classroom.
